Orders Outside of the US - If you choose to have your order shipped to a location outside of the U.S., be sure to take into account any extra time it may take to process through customs, etc.

Exchanges
We understand that it can be difficult to know how your veil or headpiece is going to look with your hair or dress. In order to keep our prices low, we must maintain our exchange policy as follows:
Our product may be returned for exchange only.
HatVeils.com, MyWeddingVeil.com and Birdcageveils.com offers traditional wedding veils, birdcage veils, hatveils, tiaras, and flower/feather fascinators. Any one product may be exchanged for another.
Our exchange and warranty period is 10 Days. Once the order has been picked up or received, you have 10 days until it must be postmarked for return. It does not need to be back to us in 10 days, just postmarked.
If your wedding date is in less than 10 days from when you receive your order, the return MUST be postmarked 2 days prior to your wedding date.
If you need to exchange your veil for another due to color or length, it must be done within the same 10 day period as stated above. A $5.00 fee will be added if the item has to be shipped back to you.
If you have a change in plans, your dress comes in an incompatible color or you have found something else, the 10 day policy still applies no matter the reason.
Item(s) returned must be received in their original, new condition. We reserve the right to reduce full credit if the returned item is damaged or smashed & stuffed into an envelope. Please pack all returns in the same manner as you received them.
Veils & headpieces are delicate items that can be easily damaged by repeated handling, therefore our product warranty does NOT exceed 10 days. We will gladly replace any item that is defective, but we MUST be notified within the 10 days. After the 10th day we will no longer be responsible for defects found. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt.
Melody Ginn (owner) has final say on whether any returned item qualifies for exchange should any question arise concerning the sales transaction.

Defective Items
An item that is found to be defective will be replaced with an identical item provided we are notified of the problem within 7 days of pick-up or the shipment arrival. After 7 days, the item cannot be returned and we will not replace it. |
